    About Viarb

    VIArb (Vietnam Institute of International Arbitration) is  a completely non- profit social enterprise established by 7 founding members, who are well-trained and have extensive practice experience in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods in Vietnam. More importantly, these founding members have the same vision and dream, which is to see a strong future development of the arbitration and ADR profession in Vietnam, enhancing the development of the ADR community. in Vietnam to be on par with the world in terms of stature, knowledge, experience and connection with regional and international ADR markets. VIArb is a non-profit organization established for the purpose of training and connecting the arbitration and ADR community. Due to the limitations of the legal framework, VIArb is currently operating in the form of a Social Enterprise and is being transformed to become an Institute on Arbitration .

    VIArb (Vietnam Institute of International Arbitration) is a non-profit training institution founded by seven highly skilled and experienced arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) practitioners in Vietnam.

    Misson

    Create a prominent and suitable learning atmosphere for students to learn about the profession they are studying, in order to train a qualified and proficient human resource capable of integrating and developing. Orienting young people's love for study and business, offering high-quality human resources, and contributing to Ho Chi Minh City's and Vietnam's socioeconomic development strategies.

    QUALITY MARK

    Over the years, VIArb founding members have promoted ADR activities in Vietnam through individual and joint efforts, such as organizing events, seminars, and training courses on arbitration and ADR, serving as judges, sponsors for large and small events, universities, and forums… In addition, members complete research articles and exchange information regarding ADR.
